INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Senior Workspace Technician for 100% onsite work in Pittsfield, MA. You will support end-user computing, desktops, laptops, printers, and conference room tech, ensuring timely issue resolution and strong customer service.

Responsibilities include diagnosing hardware/software problems, deploying hardware, configuring OS and apps, and maintaining documentation. Prior experience in enterprise IT and ITSM platforms is preferred.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in desktop support or end-user computing.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues.
• Experience supporting Windows desktop/laptop environments and conference room/A/V tech.

Mansioni

• Provide advanced technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and printer issues.
• Manage incidents in ServiceNow and document resolutions.
• Install, image, deploy, and maintain desktop/laptop hardware.
• Support conference room technology and basic A/V troubleshooting.
