AT&T Global Public Sector is hiring a Network Support Technician to support ICE OCIO program in Miramar, PR. The NST provides 2nd line IT support for LANs, applications, peripherals and end-users in a 24x7 environment.

The role requires on-site presence and occasional after-hours support, with travel as needed. The candidate will work under Area Technical Lead, performing configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network and server components while ensuring ticket documentation and

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ IT-related support experience, preferably in a helpdesk or customer support role.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve desktop, network, or other IT issues.
• General knowledge network products and systems.
• Experience in a rapid paced, time sensitive, high-quality environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide LAN administrator support with installation, configuration and maintenance of network devices, servers and storage.
• Support networked devices such as computers, printers, biometric devices, and sensors.
• Assist in testing, applying, and maintaining server configurations and security patches.
• Monitor ITSM (ServiceNow) assignments and resolve tickets.
• Provide regular activity reports and inventory input for the customer.
• Support video teleconferencing infrastructure and on-call rotation as needed.
