Job summary

AT&T Global Public Sector in Brunswick, GA is seeking a Network Support Technician to support ICE OCIO IT Field Operations. The role provides onsite Tier II support for LANs, servers, and end-user devices and requires travel readiness and the ability to work in a law-enforcement environment.

You will install, configure, and maintain network hardware, assist with patches and backups, monitor ITSM tickets, and contribute to after-hours on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen and pass DHS E-Verify
• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ years IT-related support experience, preferably in helpdesk or customer support
• Ability to troubleshoot desktop, network, or other IT issues
• Comfortable working in a law enforcement environment and travel readiness

Responsibilities

• Provide LAN administrator support with installation, configuration and maintenance of network devices, servers, storage arrays, and backup units
• Support networked devices including computers, printers, biometric devices, and sensors
• Assist in testing, applying, and maintaining server configurations and security patches
• Monitor ITSM (ServiceNow) assignments and resolve tickets
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation and support special projects or events
• Maintain and provide reports on activity and inventory for the customer
