AT&T Global Public Sector in Washington, DC, seeks a Network Support Technician to support an ICE OCIO program, providing onsite Tier II IT support for 24x7 LANs, devices, and backups. The role focuses on rapid resolution, security, and reliability in a government setting.

The NST reports to an Area Technical Lead and requires U.S. citizenship and an associate degree or equivalent. Willingness to travel and after-hours on-call are required.

Competenze

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and pass the DHS Employment Eligibility Verification process.
• Associate Degree or equivalent experience; 1+ years IT-related support experience.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve desktop, network, or other IT issues.
• General knowledge of network products and systems.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills; detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to travel; background checks required; may work in a law-enforcement environment.

Mansioni

• Provide LAN administrator support with installation, configuration and maintenance of network devices and storage.
• Support networked devices such as computers, printers, biometric devices, and sensors.
• Assist in testing, applying, and maintaining server configurations and security patches.
• Monitor ITSM tickets (ServiceNow) and perform required troubleshooting.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly activity reports and manage inventory records.
• Support after-hours on-call rotation and special projects; travel as needed.
