Job summary

AT&T Global Public Sector is seeking a NOC Analyst to provide remote 24x7x365 network operations support for ICE OCIO. This contract role has no office requirement and focuses on cloud-based networks, SD-WAN, and secure operations.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years IT/network experience, CCNA/CCNP within 60 days, and U.S. citizenship with able to pass DHS screening for government work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5 years IT support or related field experience, preferably in networking.
• 2 years network support in areas including Juniper SRX, Cisco ISE or firewall tools.
• CCNA or CCNP certification required within 60 days; U.S. citizenship and clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide alarm monitoring, escalation and incident resolution support.
• Troubleshoot network systems and drive improvements.
• Lead critical network incidents and coordinate internal/external resources.
• Manage tools for Juniper/Cisco firewalls, WLAN, XMC and NAC.
• Maintain SD-WAN and cloud-network environments; ensure security compliance.
