Qualifications

• Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent documentation and note-taking skills.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Handle a massive variety of client support requests from a diverse client base.
• Hardware deployment to clients and PC imaging.
• Determine best solution based on customer details and issue.
• Travel on-site to client organizations and perform remote troubleshooting.
• Record notes and update customer status; create and maintain documentation.
