Job summary

Impact Networking is seeking an IT Field Engineer (FSE) to travel to client sites and deliver on-site IT service, maintenance, and project execution. The role requires technical expertise and strong customer service to ensure client IT operations run smoothly.

The FSE will work with Windows Server, virtualization, cloud services, and security technologies, interacting with Service Desk, TOC, and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant IT field services experience.
• Bachelor-level equivalent experience in IT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage in onsite field service at client locations and perform IT maintenance and project work.
• Document issues and resolutions in ticketing system; coordinate with TOC and Service Desk.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to meet client requirements.
