ECI is seeking a Field Services Engineer to provide first-class on-site and remote technical support for financial services clients. You will troubleshoot desktops and light servers, install hardware/software, and manage relocations with a focus on professionalism and effective communication.

You will interact with high-profile clients, work in a fast-paced environment, and may travel to client sites as needed while maintaining strong presentation and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of end user support or related experience.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite with clients in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-class service and technical support to ECI clients.
• Perform desktop and light server troubleshooting, installations, upgrades and relocations.
• Interface with high-profile financial clients daily, onsite and remotely.
