Job summary

Impact Networking is seeking an IT Field Engineer to perform on-site service, maintenance, and project execution at client locations. The role requires travel to local sites, collaboration with internal teams, and delivering high-quality IT operations support.

The position emphasizes strong technical skills in Windows Server, virtualization, AD, cloud services, and network fundamentals, paired with excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant IT field services experience.
• Deep knowledge of Windows Server administration and virtualization.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Remote Desktop Services.
• Familiarity with cloud services (Office 365, Azure) and security basics.
• Experience with on-site client delivery and strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Engage in on-site IT service delivery and client onboarding at the customer's location.
• Assist with core networking, server, and device technologies and troubleshoot.
• Develop and execute client management and maintenance plans with the Service Desk.
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors to provide field support.
• Document issues and work performed in Impact’s ticket system.
• Maintain relationships with customers and engineers to uphold service standards.
