Job summary

• Follows SLAs and uses ServiceNow for incident management.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, diagnose, repair, and upgrade hardware and software for workstations.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve incidents in line with SLAs.
• Provide assistance to onsite and remote end-users.
• Build and deploy endpoint computers and printers for small to medium projects.
• Accurately maintain hardware asset information in the system.
