Job summary

Lee Health in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Device Technician to support the organization's endpoint desktop computing environment. You will install, configure, maintain, diagnose, repair, and upgrade hardware and software to ensure peak workstation performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 3+ years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 1 year experience in application IS integration/development preferred.
• Clean driving license required.
• Ability to analyze user requests and configure endpoint hardware.
• Follows SLAs and uses ServiceNow for incident management.

Responsibilities

Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$26.27 - $34.15 / hour

Summary

The Device Technician is a customer facing position that provides support to the organizations endpoint desktop computing environment. Device technicians are responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading all hardware and software to ensure optimal workstation performance. Additionally, troubleshoots problems and resolves issues in accordance to our Service Level Agreements and departmental practices. Providing assistance to onsite and remote end-users are routine daily tasks. Ability to analyze user requests, build new endpoint computer systems, and deploy printers for small to medium sized projects is a requirement. Device technicians are responsible for resolving incidents and tasks using ServiceNow and accurately maintaining computer equipment in the hardware asset management system.

Requirements

Education: Bachelors degree required. May accept 3+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
