Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking an Associate IT Desktop Analyst to provide foundational desktop support across HealthPartners devices and end users. Based at our Bloomington Corporate Office, you will work with a team of over 30 IT professionals to gain hands-on experience while delivering reliable end-user support.

The role requires an Associate degree in IT or related field, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for higher qualifications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to desktop and end user incidents or service requests.
• Assist with workstation and end user computing device installation and configuration.
• Provide incident or problem diagnosis and resolution for hardware/software issues.
• Collaborate with Desktop Support Analysts to maintain devices and peripherals.
• Participate in end user computing projects as needed.
• Be available for rotational on-call 24x7.
