Volt is actively seeking a Desktop Field Services Specialist in San Diego, CA. You will diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, and network issues, manage incidents, and deploy Windows 10/11 images for end users.

This full-time role operates Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm, with a pay rate of $24.00–$26.00 per hour depending on experience and location. JoinVolt and support local users with provisioning, imaging, and endpoint maintenance while following standard procedures and contributing to the

• Experience providing desktop, laptop, and network issue resolution.
• Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work with remote assistance and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve desktop, laptop, and network issues for local staff.
• Provide timely incident updates in the ticketing system (Remedy Force).
• Configure and deploy Windows 10/11 on workstations.
• Document SOPs and maintain knowledge base for remote IT support.
