Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a dedicated Tech Support professional for an on-site deployment role in Parker, CO. You will set up, image, and deploy Windows workstations, configure Cisco IP phones, and handle printer installations across the facility.

The position requires an Associate degree in IT/CS or equivalent training, plus experience in enterprise desktop deployment or field tech support. On-site testing and coordination with operations are essential to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent hands-on professional training.
• Experience in enterprise-level desktop deployment, hardware migrations, or field technical support.
• Proficient with Windows OS deployment imaging, Cisco IP phone provisioning, printer configuration, and physical hardware installation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Imaging and deployment of Windows workstations and peripheral devices.
• Provision and configure voice-over-IP communication hardware and systems.
• Assemble, configure, and troubleshoot corporate print hardware and network printers.
• Execute professional cable management and secure physical installations of technical equipment.
• On-site testing of deployed endpoints to ensure operational readiness.
• Manage large-volume endpoint deployments with high quality control across hundreds of devices.
• Collaborate with on-site operations supervisors to align deployment activities with daily facility workflows.
