Job summary

Solution Builders, Inc. is seeking a Workstation Deployment Technician to set up and configure workstations, laptops, switches, printers and other hardware on-site for clients.

The role requires at least 1 year of PC experience, strong OS knowledge, and excellent communication. On-site work is mandatory with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work on-site as this is not a remote position.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with clients.
• A+ certification or equivalent experience is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and stage new equipment on-site per standards.
• Assist with new/terminated user setups and on-site deliveries.
• Document work, issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Communicate professionally with clients and inform about changes.
• Maintain current technical knowledge and support client solutions.
• Support department coverage during absences or vacations.
