Job summary

Upson Regional Medical Center in Thomaston, GA, is seeking an IT Clinical Analyst to support MEDITECH Expanse and Oracle Health EHRs, working with clinicians to troubleshoot issues and maintain system configurations. You will validate updates, train staff, and ensure accurate data flows to support safe patient care.

This onsite role requires understanding clinical workflows, strong communication, and the ability to participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience supporting clinical information systems, preferably in an acute care hospital.
• Active clinical licensure as LPN/RN/Rad Tech/Lab Tech/RT or similar.
• Demonstrated understanding of clinical workflows and hospital operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues and maintain configurations for EHR and clinical systems.
• Validate system updates to ensure safe and efficient patient care.
• Train staff on new workflows and tools.
• Maintain integrity of clinical data across hospital and clinics.
