Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years experience in clinical setting with increased responsibilities in HIS system.
• Exemplary analytical and problem solving skills and excellent verbal and written skills.
• Previous experience with Meditech or Expanse is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and education for clinical information systems and after-hours support as needed.
• Participate in development of training programs to promote providers’ proficiency with clinical information systems.
• Assist in configuration and maintenance of clinical information systems used by providers for patient care.
• Support for system upgrades and testing plans for clinical areas.
• Submit and monitor Expanse tickets and communicate updates to end users and providers.
• Collaborate with providers and end users to resolve issues and support workflow changes.
