Job summary

National Capitol Contracting seeks an IT Support Specialist for an onsite role in Dallas, TX to ensure seamless operation of conference room systems and collaboration tools for a Federal Agency’s REOC. You will manage PCs, printers, LAN/WAN, AV setups, SharePoint/Teams, and mobile devices, with flexibility for after-hours support and travel to surrounding sites.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT support, strong customer service, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical IT field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a similar IT support and problem-resolution role.
• Experience supporting MS Office Suite and user collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for PCs, laptops, printers, LAN/WAN and related hardware.
• Support AV systems for presentations and conferencing.
• Manage mobile devices and connectivity for remote work.
• Assist with SharePoint/Teams administration and ITSM tasks.
