Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a PC Technician in Phoenix to ensure users can perform daily operations with company technology. You will assist with setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of desktops, servers, routers, firewalls, wireless gear, printers, and related equipment.

You will work with the Corporate Technology team to implement best practices and policies. Responsibilities include tracking service requests, asset management, and providing excellent end-user support across departments;

Qualifications

• Proficient in PC technical support and user assistance.
• Understanding of local area networks and wireless connectivity.
• Experience with OS installation and software deployment.

Responsibilities

• Track service requests and document procedures in the service desk system.
• Install and maintain desktop, laptop, and peripheral hardware/software for multiple business units.
• Follow standard procedures for software/hardware installation and configuration.
