TEKsystems is seeking a Site Admin/Endpoint Support Specialist for our Conway, AR client. This onsite role focuses on provisioning and supporting endpoint devices for engineers, configuring PCs for test stations, and delivering hands-on, high-touch support in a fast-growing engineering environment.

The contract position may transition to full-time, with pay between $30.00 and $35.00 per hour and comprehensive benefits. Candidates must pass drug and background checks to be considered.

• Configure and provision endpoint devices for engineers based on role and admin rights.
• Install, manage, and troubleshoot software and permissions.
• Support PCs connected to engineering test equipment.
• Provide handson onsite support for engineers and lab/testing environments.
• Understand when to resolve issues independently vs. elevate to network/security teams.
• IT/OT environment exposure.
• Networking fundamentals.
• Workflow documentation and process improvement.
• Remote access tools and secure file transfers.
• All candidates must submit to a drug and background check.
