Job summary

W. W. Grainger, Inc. in Blandon, PA, is hiring a part-time On-Site Service Representative (≈30+ hrs/wk, 1st shift, M-F).

This role supports customers by managing inventory, delivering outstanding service and enabling Grainger's KeepStock program. You will receive and stock products, keep stocking levels, resolve issues, follow routes, and identify opportunities to improve productivity and safety on site. Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in selling or service environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 25 to 60lbs and/ or work in difficult positions.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock purchased product in designated customer locations and maintain inventory levels.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain and promote loyalty.
• Follow designated routes defined by routing software and maintain route guides.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in productivity, process, and cycle time.
• Comply with safety and inspection requirements of the facility.
• Help create new orders by engaging with customers to identify additional product needs.
• Probe for customer needs during each site visit and work with sales partners to expand Grainger offerings.
