Job summary

Everforth Apex currently seeks an Inventory Planner III in Kirkland, WA for a night-shift role (5:00 PM–3:30 AM, Wed–Sat). You will manage and expedite materials to meet production schedules, using ERP systems and MS Excel for data tasks and reporting. This onsite position demands physical activity and collaboration with multiple departments.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in supply chain or related fields, a strong eye for detail, and proficiency with Excel. Candidates must be U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years in supply chain, inventory, or project management, or a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work under export control laws.

Responsibilities

• Physically move and expedite materials to support production and meet work orders.
• Verify materials are packaged, bagged, and tagged for handoff to production floor.
• Use ERP systems for virtual warehouse tasks and part movements.
• Document system issues, process flaws, and inefficiencies.
• Communicate with QC, purchasing, and other departments to resolve problems.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and hand carts.
