Job summary

ShipBob is seeking an Onsite Merchant Support Specialist in Bethlehem, PA to monitor inventory at partner fulfillment centers and resolve merchant concerns on site.

You will run daily cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accuracy within tight SLAs, while partnering with leaders to drive safer, scalable operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years ICQA in a 3PL/warehousing environment
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management System software
• Experience using an RF Scanner preferred
• Ability to work independently on-site
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; customer/vendor exposure preferred
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-10 hrs

Responsibilities

• Run daily cycle counting and inventory control processes per SOPs.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies reported by Merchant Support and report significant issues.
• Perform location checks to ensure quality and reconcile variances within 24-hour SLA.
• Determine root cause of inventory adjustments and lead remediation.
• Perform audits or actions requested by merchants.
• Respond to merchant requests via ticketing system within 2-hour SLA.
• Communicate inventory updates to OSS Area Manager.
• Present weekly performance reports in business reviews.
• Comply with food safety and compliance policies.
• Handle, store, and distribute products safely; follow SOPs and support traceability.
