Job summary

ShipBob is seeking an Onsite Merchant Support Specialist in Bethlehem, PA to monitor and manage inventory control for merchants at partner fulfillment centers. You will serve as the onsite ShipBob representative, partnering with leadership to resolve merchant concerns and support scalable operations.

Role reports to the Manager, SFN Quality, with backup to the same manager. You will perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution while maintaining safety and

Qualifications

• 2+ years ICQA in a 3PL or warehousing environment.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management System software.
• RF Scanner experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently on-site.
• Strong written and verbal communication; customer/vendor interactions preferred.
• Excellent time-management and prioritization.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, highly adaptive environment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs without health limitations.
• Able to stand/walk 8-10 hours; able to bend, stoop, reach, push/pull.

Responsibilities

• Run daily cycle counting and inventory control per SOPs.
• Investigate discrepancies and report significant issues.
• Perform physical location checks and reconcile variances within 24 hours.
• Determine root causes and lead corrective efforts.
• Audit merchant-related actions within the site.
• Respond to merchant requests via ticketing system within 2 hours.
• Share inventory concerns with OSS Area Manager and Ops Manager.
• Communicate updates to OSS Area Manager.
• Present weekly performance reports to leadership at partner site.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and regulations.
