Job summary

ShipBob is seeking an Onsite Merchant Support Specialist at our Roanoke, TX fulfillment center. You will monitor inventory control, partner with leadership, and resolve merchant requests on-site to support scalable operations.

The role requires at least 2+ years in ICQA within a 3PL/warehousing environment, with proficiency in WMS and RF scanners. You will work a 8-10 hour shift, lifting up to 50 lbs, in a fast-paced setting at 2740 Westport Pkwy.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years experience with ICQA processes in a 3PL or warehousing setting.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management System software.
• Experience using an RF Scanner is preferred.
• Ability to work independently on-site and communicate effectively with customers or vendors.

Responsibilities

• Run daily cycle counting and inventory control per SOPs.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and report significant variances to OSS Area Manager and Operations Manager on-site.
• Perform physical location checks to ensure quality and reconcile variances within a 24-hour SLA.
• Identify root causes of inventory adjustments and lead corrective actions.
• Conduct audits and fulfill merchant requests related to inventory within the site.
• Respond to merchant requests via ticketing system within a 2-hour SLA.
• Communicate operational updates to the OSS Area Manager and leadership.
• Present weekly performance reports during business reviews with center leaders.
• Comply with food safety and regulatory policies and maintain product safety and traceability.
