Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in receiving, inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or similar.
• Experience with computerized inventory, warehouse, ERP, or WMS systems.
• High school diploma or GED; proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials.
• Track and report inventory transactions using computerized systems.
• Process material receipts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Pick, pull, stage, and issue materials for production and repairs.
• Monitor inventory levels and handle special storage needs.
• Conduct physical and cycle counts; reconcile discrepancies.
• Identify and communicate shortages and discrepancies.
• Support receiving, stockroom, storeroom, and finished-goods operations.
• Maintain documentation and follow inventory-control procedures.
• Assist audits of inventory and processes.
• Follow safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure material availability.
