Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks a Material Handler for an onsite role in downtown Baltimore. The position operates from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, performing receiving, disbursement, and routine inventory tasks with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include processing orders, stock checks, rotating inventory, and assisting customers. The role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year in related work; hospital experience and Excel proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 1 year in customer service or inventory management.
• Experience with hospital or healthcare environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input daily item orders and perform daily stock checks.
• Ensure items are counted, rotated, and replenished daily.
• Stock and inventory product on carts and assigned areas.
• Check for compromised or expired inventory.
• Receive inbound materials and record quantities; sort materials and stock accordingly.
• Assist customers with requests while maintaining high service quality.
