Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Procurement: Collaborate with procurement staff to list expected deliveries.
• Receive shipments, verify packages according to order and invoices and sign paperwork.
• Unload packages from incoming trucks and inspect contents for damage and driver accountability.
• Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated place.
• Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies.
• Locate materials by pulling and verifying according to production orders.
• Maintain in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials.
• Document materials and disposition by recording units delivered and location.
• Receive credit-return materials from production by verifying codes and quantities.
• Prepare finished stock for shipment by packing and loading product.
• Document shipment and maintain material-handling equipment with pre-use inspections.
