The position emphasizes organization, reliability, and strong communication. Candidates should be proficient in MS Office and able to work independently to ensure timely, accurate processing of materials and orders.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; relevant experience may substitute.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administers and operates the organization’s warehouses, providing administrative support for shipping, receiving, processing, packaging, storing and ordering of tools, supplies, materials and equipment.
• Supports receiving and shipping parts efficiently.
• Provides project and service support to field colleagues and to office staff as needed.
• May assist with fleet and facilities management programs.
• Performs other duties as required.
