Job summary

SPATCO Energy Solutions in Baltimore, MD is seeking an energetic Inventory Coordinator to join our team. You will store materials, pick, pack, scan orders and keep warehouse stocked to support project and service work.

Responsibilities include shipping/receiving, maintaining records in SAP, performing cycle counts, reconciling stock, and coordinating with service teams to ensure timely parts for open calls.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 75–100 lbs when necessary.
• Experience with shipping/receiving and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day shipping/receiving for stock transfers and customer orders.
• Maintain records of shipping/receiving and stock movements in SAP.
• Pull and stage parts for project/service orders; notify teams when ready.
