Job summary

Vallen Distribution seeks an experienced Integrated Supply Site Manager to lead a client-site team, drive program growth, and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure profitable customer relationships that align with Vallen's financial goals.

The role requires 4+ years in supply chain leadership, staff management, and a proven ability to build customer relationships while maintaining financial discipline and meeting contractual commitments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of outside or inside experience in supply chain management, wholesale distribution, industrial distribution, manufacturing, or a similar industry.
• Preferred 2+ years of staff management with a proven track record as a team leader.
• Strong ability to develop and cultivate customer relationships.
• Must have mechanical aptitude and knowledge of recognizing manufacturing applications where Vallen products can deliver cost savings.
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial and business acumen; strong understanding of P&L expectations.
• Proficiency with MS Office products and ability to learn company programs.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to onsite customer teams delivering Integrated Supply solutions and manages staff recruitment, coaching, and adherence to policies.
• Ensures sales and profitability goals by managing P&L and budget alignment.
• Drives contractual customer commitments and KPI targets at local sites.
• Demonstrates urgency in customer service to external and internal customers.
• Ensures timely payments from customers per contractual terms.
