Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain management, wholesale/industrial distribution, or similar industries.
• Preferred 2+ years of staff management with a proven track record as a team leader.
• Strong ability to develop and cultivate customer relationships.
• Must have mechanical aptitude and recognize manufacturing applications where Vallen can deliver cost savings.
• Demonstrated knowledge of financials; ability to interpret and manage by P&L expectations.
• Proficiency with MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn company software.

Responsibilities
