Vallen Distribution seeks an Integrated Supply Site Manager to lead on-site teams and drive program growth at a client location. You will manage day-to-day activities, optimize profitability, and strengthen customer relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in supply chain or distribution leadership, strong P&L understanding, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Staff management and leadership experience in a distribution or manufacturing setting.
• Strong ability to develop and cultivate customer relationships.
• Solid understanding of profit & loss and financial metrics.
• Proficiency with MS-Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to onsite customer team(s) delivering Integrated Supply solutions.
• Manages P&L to meet or exceed budgeted goals for the site.
• Drives contractual customer commitments and KPIs at the local site.
• Demonstrates urgency and proactive service to customers and internal teams.
• Ensures customer payments are received per terms.
