Job summary

Vallen is seeking an Integrated Supply Site Manager in Los Angeles to lead on-site teams delivering integrated supply solutions. You will drive program growth, manage daily activities, and foster strong customer relationships to help meet Vallen’s financial goals.

The role requires 4+ years in supply chain or distribution, plus 2+ years of staff leadership. Strong financial acumen, mechanical aptitude, and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in supply chain or distribution industry.
• 2+ years of staff management as a team leader.
• Strong ability to develop customer relationships.
• Mechanical aptitude to recognize cost-saving applications.
• Knowledge of financials and profit/loss management.
• Proficiency with MS-Office and company software.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to onsite customer team(s) providing Integrated Supply solutions and staff management duties including interviewing, hiring, coaching, counseling, and enforcing policies.
• Manages P&L to meet or exceed budgeted goals and ensures profitability for local site.
• Drives contractual customer commitments and KPI attainment at the local site.
• Demonstrates sense of urgency in customer service to external and internal customers.
• Ensures local customer payments are received according to contractual terms.
