Job summary

Americase, a Texas-based manufacturer and distributor of protective cargo cases, seeks an Inside Sales Account Manager in Waxahachie, TX. You will grow and support data center accounts through proactive relationship management, consultative selling, and accurate order execution.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will respond to inbound requests, learn each client’s operations, and identify upsell opportunities, preparing quotations and converting requirements into complete orders while

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management or inside sales for B2B.
• Experience processing purchase orders and coordinating shipments.
• Ability to develop relationships with clients and upsell opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of data center products and packaging/shipping requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and verify details, enter orders, and acknowledge accuracy.
• Manage revisions, releases, backorders, and closeouts with audit trail.
• Respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on quotes.
• Convert accepted proposals into sales orders.
• Build long-term relationships with purchasing contacts and operations teams.
• Pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities within client accounts.
