This on-site role involves data entry, scheduling coordination, referrals, and payer communications to ensure smooth patient care. Responsibilities include interfacing with patients, referral sources, prescribers, and nursing staff; ensuring accurate scheduling and timely medication dispensing; and delivering exceptional customer service while promoting company

Qualificações

• Prior healthcare scheduling experience required.
• Home infusion experience preferred.
• On-site work with patient interaction in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities; basic MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Receive medication referrals and collect insurance information.
• Data entry and generating daily office communications.
• Contact sources to obtain verification of benefits or prior approvals.
• Coordinate and plan scheduling for the nursing department.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ensure notification of patients regarding financial responsibility and payor authorizations.
