Job summary

IES is seeking a Project Lead - Infrastructure to act as the on-site coordinator and crew supervisor for voice and data installation projects. You will ensure job completion per safety and quality standards while leading staff to maintain efficiency.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Project Manager, managing weekly safety meetings, and handling all project paperwork and as-built drawings. Travel within territory and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

Requires at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency.
Minimum of three years of electrician or related technical field experience.
Ability to terminate fiber and interpret blueprints and project documents.
Must be familiar with universal color codes and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

Act as on-site coordinator and crew supervisor for voice and data installation projects.
Run major project crews, provide training, and ensure safety and quality guidelines.
Coordinate with Project Manager to ensure productivity, completion, and budget compliance.
Complete IES project paperwork accurately and on time (timesheets, work orders, transfers, etc.).
Perform quality checks and prepare red-lined as-built drawings.
Serve as main on-site contact for customers and attend meetings as required.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; develop process improvements.
Must be able to travel within branch/regional territory and work at heights.
