Job summary

IES is seeking a Project Lead - Infrastructure to act as the on-site coordinator and crew supervisor for voice and data installation projects. You will ensure quality and safety compliance while maintaining staff efficiency on large job sites.

You will lead major project crews, conduct weekly safety meetings, train staff, and coordinate with the Project Manager to stay within budget and schedule. Strong troubleshooting, blueprint reading, and client liaison skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency.

Responsibilities

• The Project Lead - Infrastructure will act as the on-site coordinator and crew supervisor for voice and data installation projects, ensuring job completion per quality and safety requirements while maintaining staff efficiency.
• The Project Lead - Infrastructure will run major project crews, provide training, and ensure adherence to safety and quality guidelines with weekly safety meetings.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to ensure productivity, job completion and budget compliance.
• Complete IES COMMERCIAL and project paperwork on time (timesheets, material transfers, work orders, change orders, tool transfers).
• Perform quality checks and prepare red-lined as-built drawings.
• Serve as main on-site customer contact; attend facility/construction meetings as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with a detailed level of knowledge.
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
