Job summary

IES seeks a Crew Lead - Infrastructure to coordinate on-site installation projects and supervise crews for voice and data work. You will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while following company and customer guidelines.

You’ll train staff, manage paperwork, and serve as the primary on-site liaison with customers. The role requires problem-solving, travel within territory, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have at least a High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of three years in electrician or related technical field.
• Ability to terminate fiber.
• At least six months supervisory/managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site crews and train staff while ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to meet productivity and budget.
• Accurately complete timesheets, work orders, and related paperwork.
• Perform on-site quality checks and prepare red-lined drawings.
• Serve as main customer contact and attend meetings as required.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support project staff.
