Job summary

TECEZE in Grand Prairie, Texas is seeking an IT/desktop support professional with 4–5 years of experience to join our operations team. The role focuses on hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting, device configuration, imaging, and software deployment to keep manufacturing and logistics systems running smoothly.

You will perform basic network troubleshooting, assist with asset management and monthly audits, coordinate OEM warranty repairs, and work with ServiceNow/ITSM experiences.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in IT/Desktop/EUC Support.
• Hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Basic network troubleshooting.
• Device configuration, imaging/reimaging and software installation.
• Hardware repairs and OEM warranty coordination.
• IT asset/stock management and monthly audits.
• ServiceNow/ITSM experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, or industrial environments preferred.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety (H&S) practices.
