Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in program management or engineering.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Proficiency with Office 365, Smartsheet and SharePoint for planning and reporting.
• Ability to present information concisely to diverse audiences including leaders and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Engineering planning and delivery across multiple functional areas to keep workstreams aligned.
• Collaborate with design, delivery partners, agencies, and venue teams to support the workstream.
• Serve as point of contact for the Engineering team, manage resources, and track deliverables and timelines.
• Organize meetings, capture minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure progress is visible.
• Prepare reports and documents that provide leadership with a clear Engineering status.
