Responsibilities

• Build and manage project plans, trackers, and risk/issue logs to keep delivery aligned and on schedule.
• Learn and apply established project governance processes across change management, risk, and project management.
• Analyze proposed changes and mitigate downstream impacts before they reach delivery teams.
• Document institutional knowledge for future Organizing Committees to reuse.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ground plans in current information.
