Job summary

LA28 is seeking an Associate, Program Management - Engineering to help build the coordination backbone for the Engineering workstreams ahead of the Olympic and Paralympic Games. You will work with venues, technology, and delivery teams to convert scattered requests into a clear, actionable plan and own progress tracking with leadership visibility.

This role requires 2+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with Office 365, Smartsheet, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in program management or engineering coordination.
• Ability to present information concisely to broad audiences including executives and external partners.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering planning and delivery across multiple functional areas to keep workstreams aligned.
• Collaborate with external partners and venue teams to support engineering workstreams.
• Serve as a point of contact for the engineering team, tracking requests and ensuring deliverables meet timelines.
• Organize meetings, capture minutes, and track action items to make progress visible.
