Job summary

Iron Sheepdog is seeking a Customer Success Manager to bridge cutting-edge technology with ISD Materials. You will own a portfolio of broker, contractor, and hauler accounts, guiding each implementation from plan to go-live and ensuring full platform proficiency.

You will lead on-site assessments, optimize workflows, and advise clients on productivity and profitability, while maintaining data integrity and driving adoption across your portfolio.

Qualifications

• 1+ years leading client implementations or related roles.
• Proficient in Google Docs and Sheets; able to browse the web and adapt to new technologies quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; can train clients as liaison.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementations by tailoring configuration and go-live readiness.
• Analyze load, ticket, and utilization data to optimize workflows.
• Attend on-site assessments to verify platform alignment with site schedules.
• Ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies across accounts.
• Monitor account health and manage escalations; route routine questions to Product Support.
• Provide Voice of the Customer insights to drive platform improvements.
