Job summary

Iron Sheepdog is hiring a Customer Success Manager to bridge technology and field operations. You will lead onboarding, training, and adoption of our platform for brokers, clients, and operators, ensuring they gain maximum value and growth from ISD.

You’ll work across Sales, Engineering, and Accounting to implement feedback and improve the product. The role emphasizes client relationship building, data integrity, proactive problem solving, and ongoing education of partners about new features.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in implementation, training, and/or project management in construction or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and ensure adoption of the ISD platform.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to translate client feedback into platform improvements.
• Monitor field operations and data reports to ensure accurate billing and throughput.
