Hy-Tek seeks a Client Success Manager to lead post go-live operations, train users, and drive value for clients. You will collaborate with the sales, engineering, and project teams to ensure smooth system operation and high client satisfaction.

The role requires 5+ years in distribution operations or material handling, a related degree, and strong communication skills; travel up to 50% to client sites is expected for ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in distribution operations, consulting, and/or the material handling industry.
• Industry knowledge related to engineering, supply chain, consulting, DC operations, and logistics.
• Knowledge of solution-based systems with ROI requirements.
• Ability to learn, adopt, and design new technologies including mobile robotics and smart automation.
• Strong client-facing communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with current Clients.
• Regularly visit Client sites to understand operations and identify opportunities to add value.
• Respond to inquiries from users and suppliers.
• Develop new opportunities within an account by identifying business needs and bottlenecks.
• Advise key decision makers by recommending integrated solutions to achieve goals.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, and project management for delivery.
