Hawk Ridge Systems is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of 300-400 accounts, guiding them through onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewals. You will act as the strategic partner and primary contact, coordinating with internal teams to secure software discounts and accurate CRM data.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, KPI achievement, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced, software-driven environment with remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer success or related role.
• Manage 300-400 accounts with regular outreach.
• Some sales experience and upsell/cross-sell awareness.
• Experience with CRM and common office tools.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of 300-400 small accounts through full lifecycle.
• Serve as primary account manager and strategic partner for customers.
• Maintain daily, monthly, and quarterly contact with customers.
• Conduct monthly business reviews and achieve KPIs.
• Proactively present solutions and identify upsell opportunities.
• Create renewal quotes and manage CRM forecasting.
• Coordinate onboarding and collaborate with SOLIDWORKS staff.
