COGENT DATA SOLUTIONS LLC is seeking an Imaging Specialist to manage scanning, indexing, storing, and retrieving paper and electronic documents onsite. You will ensure accuracy and quality of scanned images and support retention processes across teams.

The role requires attention to detail, basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, and the ability to lift boxes as needed in a daily on-site work setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous administrative, clerical, or office experience.
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Outlook.
• Good communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 20-30 lb boxes.
• Must be comfortable working onsite daily.
