Job summary

VIVA USA Inc. is seeking a Document Imaging Specialist to join the on-site team in Oklahoma City. You will organize, index, and image documents and ensure high-quality scans using scanning hardware and software.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and strong communication with team members. Responsibilities include operating scanners, maintaining indexes, retrieving imaged information, and meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous administrative, clerical or similar office experience required.
• Imaging experience preferred.
• Must pass background check.
• Able to lift 20–30 lb and work onsite daily.

Responsibilities

• Assess and prepare documents to ensure quality images.
• Operate scanning equipment and perform minor adjustments.
• Create, modify and maintain data indexes for input quality and consistency.
• Retrieve imaged information for operational purposes.
• Maintain files and records of imaged materials.
• Evaluate image quality per standards.
• Adhere to content management KPIs and policies.
• Keep ticket statuses updated.
