Job summary

STAT Informatic Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Document Processing Specialist to join our team onsite. You will review, scan, index, and securely manage records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in a fast-paced production environment.

This full-time role runs Tuesday through Saturday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, with a pay rate of $15.00 per hour. Candidates should have a high school diploma (GED acceptable) and up to 1 year of related experience, plus basic computer skills and HIPAA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Up to 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computers, office equipment and relevant software.
• Knowledge of information governance and medical recordkeeping regulations when applicable.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Review and receive documents and prepare for scanning.
• Scan documents with high quality and verify count matches batch sheets.
• Index and release records into production workflow.
• Meet daily production goals set by leadership.
• Communicate professionally with teammates and clients.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times.
• Train new team members on processes and training modules.
• Monitor queues and support workflow continuity.
• Assist in daily processing of reports and quality control.
